541-2 Public Relations Services
We can provide customized media relation
services to include the development of media messages and strategies.
Additionally, Odyssey can recommend media sources for placement campaigns. We
can even provide media materials including, but not limited to, background
materials, press releases, media alerts, speeches and presentations, and press
kits. If needed, Odyssey can execute media programs that may include, but are
not limited to, press conferences, distribution of press materials, scheduling
broadcast print interviews, and media buying services.
541-4A Market Research and Analysis
Odyssey can review, revise, and/or develop customized strategic marketing plans that will formulate short and long term goals to increase public awareness of products, services, and issues. We can help to identify the best target audience and work with the targeted audience indicated to establish measurable marketing objectives, determine market trends and conditions, identify appropriate strategies, and recommend tactics to meet those objectives. Types of services may include conducting focus groups, telemarketing, individual interviews, preparing/distributing surveys, and compiling/analyzing results.
541-4B Video/ Film Production
If you need us to provide radio, television, and public service announcements in order to promote public awareness and/or prepare the consumer market for a product or service, rest assured... we can do it. Types of services we can provide are; development of radio or television announcements, creative development of draft scripts and storyboards, TV monitoring, paid advertising, media buying, instantaneous satellite services, news clipping services, and ad tracking services.
541-4C Exhibit Design and Implementation Service
If you need high-end graphics printed, we can do it. Our team arrangements allow us to print on virtually anything. We can provide a wide array of services from a color reproduction to lenticular flip images. Let us complete the job... once we have worked to get the concept and design developed, we can ensure you meet your deadlines by completing the job.
Our dedicated Account Managers will work hard to be your one source for marketing concepts and graphics all the way to the finished product.
541-4D Conference Events and Tradeshow Planning Services
Odyssey can provide services that promote
public awareness of your corporate message or public education of federal
government programs and services. Outdoor advertising may include airport
dioramas, mall displays and roadside billboards. We can also provide bus and
auto wraps with your customized marketing message. Other types of services
include, but are not limited to: pamphlets, magazines, booklets, brochures,
leaflets, newsletters, newspaper advertisements, and catalogs. If needed we can
construct, repair, and maintain your tradeshow displays and refresh the
graphics to customize the message for each venue. Odyssey has the ability to
provide a complete solution for promotional collateral items such as t-shirts,
key chains, auto mugs, and other promotional items that will support the
marketing efforts for each venue.
541-4F Commercial Art and Graphic Design
Odyssey has a proven graphics team that can
provide commercial art (custom or stock), graphic design, and special effects
that educate the consumer market about a product or service. We can offer our
services as needed to rewrite, and/or edit materials, and products from start
to finish or we can edit currently produced graphics. Types of services may
include, but are not limited to developing conceptual designs and layouts,
sketches, drawings, publication designs, typographic layouts, and artwork
including electronic artwork.
541-5 Integrated Marketing Services
As you have read in previous descriptions, Odyssey has the capabilities to provide the full range of all project criteria. As needed, Odyssey may provide all phases, from conceptualization to execution of marketing, media, and public information services. The Contractor shall provide for a broad range of services required by our clients for short and long term integrated marketing campaigns.
When specified, we can create solutions using strategically targeted marketing tactics which may include a wide array of media plans and creative multimedia execution of campaigns using the following types of services: radio, television, outdoor advertising, web site, commercial art/graphic design, photography, trade shows/exhibits and conferences and events planning, direct mail/fulfillment, motor sports advertising, market research, press and public relations, videotape/film and CD production, and virtually any promotional item on the market.
In addition to creating the idea, we can provide direct mail and fulfillment services that incorporate effective timing of messages, a method of reaching prospects directly, and in diverse advertising formats. We can track and compile, reproduce, merge/purge and test mailing services and/or customize mailing lists. Types of services may include but are not limited to address list compilation, addressing services, warehousing clearinghouse services and mail advertising services – including direct mail and postage. To ensure accurate delivery, we use the Coding Accuracy Support System (CAS) software and National Change of Address
(CODA) to match addresses with the U.S. Postal Service database.
